Overview
This guide lists every field VRIFY accepts in the drilling CSV: collars, surveys, assays, highlights, and lithology.
Fields are split into two tiers:
Required: Core attributes VRIFY needs to validate, transform, and render your drillholes in 3D.
Recommended (Optional): Additional attributes that unlock spatial filtering, richer presentation tools, and compatibility with new features as they roll out.
Following these guidelines ensures smooth processing in VRIFY Explore and accurate 3D modelling in 3D Slides.
Note: Upload your drilling data as one master CSV per data type (such as Collar, Survey, or Assay). Each CSV should contain your complete dataset rather than creating separate files for individual holes or campaigns.

Notes:
The survey correction factor is equivalent to magnetic declination. If your values already contain this correction then leave this field blank; the default value is 0.
A Corrected Azimuth is calculated in the backend master database using the Original Azimuth + Correction Factor.

Analytical results (assay values for the elements analyzed — Au_ppm, Cu_pct, etc.) are added as additional columns alongside the required fields.
Notes
All negative and lower detection limit (LDL) values will be converted using the following rules: if greater than -50 they will be changed to 1/2 the value (e.g. -5 becomes 2.5) and if smaller than -50 they will become null (e.g. -99 or -999 is now null).
If a single element column has more than one negative or LDL value then all the LDL values will be replaced with 1/2 the lowest LDL (e.g. Cu_ppm has <1, <0.5 and -2, all these will be replaced with 0.25).
All > values will be converted to the value without the > sign. So >10000 becomes 10000.
VRIFY uses calculated "Best" columns in our database and these are all in "ppm" units. In cases where there is more than one type of assay for an element, Best values will be calculated based on ranking the methods used for assay.
The default sample type is "UNKN".
From and To are required data. If Quality Control (QC) or Standards (STD) do not have intervals listed, fill them in if known, otherwise they will not be imported.

Additional Notes
Drilling-related supporting files (e.g. core photos, scanned logs, vertical sections) are accepted as PNG, JPEG, PDF, or GeoTIFF.
Associate each file to a hole using the Hole Name in the file name or via the metadata fields in the uploader.
