Overview
Use the mouse to rotate, zoom, and pan the DORA Prediction Map. Use keyboard shortcuts to jump to a standard view without changing your zoom or the point the camera is aimed at.
The same controls are listed in the viewer. At the lower right of the map, next to Vertical Exaggeration, click the keyboard icon to open Mouse and keyboard controls. Switch between the Mouse Essentials and Keyboard Shortcuts tabs.
💡 Note: Shortcuts pause while a text field, button, or other control is selected. Click the map before using a shortcut.
Mouse Essentials
Rotate
Left-click and drag
Zoom
Scroll
Pan
Right-click and drag
Keyboard Shortcuts
Press a key while the 3D map is open. The camera moves to that view and keeps your current zoom and aim point.
Look straight up / down
U looks straight up; D looks straight down
Look from East / West
E looks from the east; W looks from the west
Look from North / South
N looks from the north; S looks from the south
Reset orientation
R or Home (Fn + Left Arrow on a Mac laptop) returns to an overhead view
