Overview
Every folder in Files that has subfolders includes an Other subfolder for files you're unsure how to categorize. The top-level Uncategorized folder holds any files that don't yet belong to a data type.
However, files in the Uncategorized folder or an Other subfolder cannot be validated or published in VRIFY Prepare. To use these files, you need to move them into the subfolder that matches their data type in the Files uploader.
Once a file is in the correct subfolder, you can drag it into the VRIFY Prepare workspace to validate it and publish it to VRIFY Present.
Step by Step Instructions
If you’re not sure which subfolder a file belongs in, review the appropriate folder structure and upload requirements article, or reach out to your dedicated VRIFY contact.
To move a file into the correct subfolder:
Locate the Uncategorized folder or the Other subfolder that contains the file.
Click the three-dot menu on the right of the file and select Move File:
Select the subfolder that matches the file's data type:
Click Move File:
Repeat for each remaining file in Uncategorized or Other.
