Overview
This article explains how to compare multiple Prediction Maps within DORA using the Compare Experiments option. Geoscientists can use this tool to visually assess how different models that are built on the same asset perform side by side. It’s especially useful for evaluating the impact of varying input features and parameters on predictive outcomes.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Complete Your Prediction Maps
Make sure you have at least two completed Prediction Maps using the same asset.
Start a Comparison
Open the first Prediction Map.
Click Compare Experiments in the lower-right corner:
A list will appear showing experiments that have completed Step 5: Build Predictive Model:
Select Experiments to Compare
View Comparison
Notes
Use the 3D Layers List to toggle comparisons on or off on the map:
You can compare multiple experiments to the original, but not to each other.
This option is helpful for comparing experiments that use different parameters.
